From your first call to the final light test, here's exactly what to expect. Most projects are completed in a single day with minimal disruption to your home.
Reach out by phone, form, or our online pricing calculator. Tell us about your rooms, ceiling types, and lighting goals. We respond within one business day.
We discuss your project in detail — number of rooms, light count, ceiling type, switch preferences — and provide a firm quote. Most quotes match our online calculator.
Our electricians plan optimal light placement for even coverage. We mark positions on-site and confirm the layout with you before any cutting begins.
Licensed electricians cut precise openings, run wiring safely, and install high-quality LED fixtures with dimmer switches. Most single rooms take 3-5 hours.
We patch and paint around every fixture, test all lights and dimmers, and leave your home clean. Walk through the finished project with us before we go.
We confirm your appointment the day before and arrive within the scheduled window. No waiting around all day.
We lay drop cloths under every work area. Your floors, countertops, and furniture stay protected throughout the project.
Most of our work is overhead. You can stay home, work from home, or go about your day. We'll let you know if we need to cut power briefly.
Before we leave, we patch, paint, vacuum drywall dust, and walk you through every light and dimmer. No follow-up visit needed.
Most projects are scheduled within 2 weeks of your initial call. Multi-room and whole-home projects may take slightly longer to coordinate, but we work to find a date that fits your schedule.
For most rooms, no. We work overhead and protect your furniture with drop cloths. If a large piece is directly under a planned light location, we may ask you to shift it a few feet beforehand.
We mark and confirm every light position with you before cutting. Small adjustments are easy at that point. Once holes are cut, moving a light position is still possible but may affect the final cost.
Cutting into drywall produces some dust, but we contain it with drop cloths and clean up thoroughly. We vacuum all drywall dust, patch every hole, and paint around each fixture before we leave.
All installations come with a 2-year warranty on parts and labor. If a fixture or dimmer has an issue within that window, we come back and fix it at no charge. LED fixtures themselves typically last 25,000+ hours.
